Get ready for more changes to OSHA Laws.
It was just recently announced that OSHA will be starting a new program in the next few weeks called the Severe Violator Enforcement Program. This new program will replace OSHA’s Enhance Enforcement Program.
The main objectives for the new program are to target those employers who are repeat violators and to make sure that they improve their work conditions for their employers. Along with changes in the penalties for the employer, OSHA will increase their inspections to the employer site to monitor and make sure that all violations have been taken care of.
