You have better things to do than try to locate MSDSs
There are times you do not have, or cannot locate current
MSDSs for specific materials. The process of locating one
involves either searching the manufacturers web site or
contacting the manufacturer via phone, fax, email or letter.
The process also requires relentless follow up. This process
can be time consuming for you. Fortunately, KHA will do this
for you with our Online-MSDS™ / Bloodhound Service.
There is nothing that we do better than locate MSDSs
KHA has been in the MSDS Services business since 1985. In
this time we have acquired the experience, resources,
management procedures and infrastructure for performing this
task.
Responsive
Provide us with a list of MSDSs, (or simply fax or mail the
MSDSs you want updates for) and KHA will immediately
initiate MSDS retrievals.
Quality
Our initial effort will be to locate MSDSs directly from the
Manufacturer’s Web site or by contacting the Manufacturer
and requesting electronic versions of the MSDSs. Electronic
versions have never been scanned, printed or faxed and thus
the quality is the best available. In any case, we will
deliver the best quality possible.
Resources
Our professional staff is experienced in locating MSDSs from
a variety of sources other than the manufacturer. We have
several secondary sources that we can go to if a
manufacturer is not available. It is our experience that
many manufacturers are no longer around, and locating
updated MSDSs from 1985 may require secondary sources or
researching as to whether another company is now carrying
the product.
PDF
We may find MSDSs either in PDF, HTML, MS Word or a variety
of other formats. KHA delivers a consistent product. That is
we will deliver all MSDSs in the same format (electronic
PDF) unless you specify otherwise.
MSDS Warehouse
There is an easy way to find your MSDSs
This service provides you with the ability to search on our
large MSDS database through an internet browser. Instead of
searching the Internet for Manufacturers' MSDS, we provide a
single source to search for MSDSs from many manufacturers at
a time.
MSDS FaxBack
Automated Phone Attendant
Online-MSDS™ / FaxBack features an automated MSDS Retrieval
System that can receive multiple calls at one time,
processing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without human
intervention.
Phone Spell Technology
Callers can request MSDSs by spelling parts of the product
name, Inventory ID, MSDS ID, etc. Online-MSDS™ / FaxBack
searches the database and faxes back the results. If more
than 3 MSDSs are found, a list is faxed back to help the
caller on a subsequent call. If there are 3 or less results,
MSDSs will be faxed immediately.
Voice Requests
Callers can have the option to leave a voice request that is
processed by an MSDS Administrator. The administrator simply
locates the MSDSs and attaches them electronically to the
fax job. The FaxBack Server faxes them back to the caller.

Customizable
Online-MSDS™ / FaxBack is customizable. Telephony software
‘Telecommute’ provides the basis for the processing logic of
Online-MSDS™ / FaxBack. This is a user-friendly,
programmable, automated phone attendant that can be used to
easily modify the FaxBack logic as well as develop other Fax
On Demand applications.
Multiple Input Lines
Online-MSDS™ features multiple lines for processing incoming
calls. You might consider a couple of incoming lines for
non-emergency and a separate line for emergencies.
Multiple Output Lines
An incoming emergency line may be designated exclusive use
to an emergency outgoing line, leaving other output lines
for non-emergency service.
