MSDS Web Hosting
Put MSDSs on your company Intranet
Placing MSDSs on your company Intranet is the easiest and most
economical method for providing your MSDSs to all employees.
Searching
A user friendly search screen, customizable to your specifications
allows users to search for MSDSs using one or more of the following
criteria: Inventory ID, Product Name, Synonyms, Ingredient names,
Cas Numbers, UN Numbers, Site, building or specific location
and by any regulatory category (i.e. Form R MSDSs).
Summary Page
Prior to viewing the scanned MSDS, a summary overview of the
MSDS is shown. Any of the data that is entered into the MSDS
database can be configured to appear in the Summary Page including
high priority emergency info such as emergency phone numbers,
first aid info, HMIS / NFPA labels, etc.
Customizable Label printing
With Online-MSDS / WebServer, secondary labels can be printed
from your browser. Click on the Print Label button and the MSDS
Data is downloaded and immediately printed from a customizable
label-printing program. Print any type or size of label, print
one label or many. Store your default printing options to provide
an efficient workflow.
Interface each MSDS to its entry in the DOT Emergency Response
Guide
For MSDSs in which a UN (DOT) number is supplied, the user can
view the info from the DOT Emergency Response guide including
Shipping Information, Spill distances and Emergency Response
from the Guide.
Customizable Site
The web pages can be customized by your Web Master to include
the data and the functionality you desire. KHA provides at no
charge: An initial web design, documentation and phone support
for setting up your MSDS Web site.
KHA can also host your MSDSs on Our Web Server
We can host your Web Server on the Internet. We can provide
restricted, firewalled access allowing only your employees to
access your site.
Unlimited Users
1 user or 10,000 users? Online-MSDS licensing does not restrict
you to the number of users, or workstations, concurrent or in
