Online-MSDS LiveUpdate System
Have your cake and eat it too!
Online MSDS / LiveUpdate is a service we provide to take all
the work out of online MSDS management. We will scan and index
MSDSs into your own distinct database and then electronically
download them to your Network (as the work is performed). With
this service, you will receive and install Online-MSDS Management
software, license free. This will provide you with the ability
to run reports and analysis of your Hazardous Materials on site,
print labels, binders, index sheets and distribute MSDS sheets
to your users on your own company Intranet.
No Up Front Costs
Even though you will be installing Online-MSDS Management Software
(not just inquiry and retrieval software), the software is provided
license free. There will be no upfront charge for software,
for conversion of your existing MSDS database, nor for Indexing
and Scanning of your initial set of MSDSs. These services will
be provided as a part of our monthly service fee.
Quick Turnaround
As soon as you receive an MSDS simply fax, mail, or email it
to us. As soon as we receive it, we will scan and index it.
As soon as each MSDS is scanned and indexed, it is available
to be downloaded onto your network. Other services collect and
queue up your MSDS sheets, then provided them back to you on
a monthly or quarterly basis on CD-ROM. LiveUpdate, as its name
implies, is immediate.
Software Updates and Telephone Support
Updates to the software, the Chemical Database as well as telephone
support is included in the monthly fee.
MSDS Update Service
As you receive MSDSs from your suppliers, you simply forward
them to us. There is no need to check your own database to see
if it is new or a revision. We will do this service for you.
The Power of Many
At KHA, we are always entering MSDSs for many of our other customers.
When we receive an updated MSDS (from our customers or from
our own MSDS update process), we will check to see if the MSDS
is in your database. If so, we will include it into your database.
WebServer
With LiveUpdate we can at your option, host your MSDSs on the
Internet. Your employees will be able to access your distinct
database of MSDSs with a Logon or a dedicated web address. There
is no charge for this service. (See Online-MSDS WebServer Features

FaxBack
You also have the option of having KHA host your MSDSs on our
FaxBack Server. Callers will log on to your specific database
and will access only your database of MSDSs. (See Online-MSDS
